Team

The people pharma BD
already knows.

A board and advisory bench with direct operating history at AbbVie, Bayer and Synairgen — and a scientific team that has been training on GPCRs since 2017.

Page purpose — strategy §Team Section Rebuild. Two problems fixed here. (1) The current site shows the same people twice — once in the board grid, once in the team grid — which reads as a template error. One person, one card, now. (2) Star treatment for the four names that actually move a BD conversation, instead of burying them in a uniform grid.
01Board & advisors

Why these names matter.

Each of these people has sat on the other side of the table from Antiverse's target customer. Their credential is the risk signal — so it is stated, not implied.

Advisory board — strategy §Deploy the Advisory Board as a BD Force. Their job is not to sit on a website. Five warm introductions per quarter, per advisor, written into the advisory agreement. This page is the public face of an asset that should be working commercially.

Photography — strategy §Team Section Rebuild. Current headshots are inconsistent: some polished, some not. That reads as a company that doesn't sweat the details, which is a poor signal when you are asking for a $100M+ commitment. Commission consistent headshots for the leadership and advisory tiers — a £2–3k spend with outsized credibility return.
03Science

Scientific team

Machine learning, structural biology, molecular biology and assay development — in one building, working the same loop.

Tiering — strategy §Team Section Rebuild. Three clear tiers: Board & Advisors → Leadership → Scientific team. No person appears twice.

Talk to the people
who'd run your program.

Not a sales team. The founders and the scientists.
